Fresh air during pregnancy
A woman during pregnancy should spend at least two hours in the fresh air. This time can be divided into several hour walks. The walk should be calm, unhurried, and should not cause fatigue. Even if the pregnant woman is not tired while walking on the street, it is recommended to lie down for 20-30 minutes upon coming home. In summer, it is best to relax in the country. But it should be remembered that you cannot spend a lot of time in the sun in order to prevent overheating.

Calcium is found in sufficient quantities in milk and dairy products. Every product must be fresh. Day regimen for pregnant women
A pregnant woman is advised to follow the daily routine: wake up, go to bed, eat and take walks every day at the same time. A night’s sleep should take at least 8 hours. An extra daytime nap is also recommended, which should take from an hour to two.

Hygiene of a pregnant woman
A woman should be especially careful about hygiene during pregnancy : a warm shower should be taken every day before and after going to bed. Baths are not recommended for pregnant women.
In the morning, if there is no time for a shower, it is imperative to wash the genitals with water. Douching is strictly prohibited.
